Prices are Fullscript patient prices for Quest Diagnostics and Access Medical Labs. Each panel uses the cheapest lab; "all at Access" is shown where sending the whole draw to one lab costs more.
In-house cost is Alyze's reagent plus quality-control cost per patient from our lab pricing sheet. CBC has no in-house cost, so it's compared with Quest's public consumer price ($29). Pre-Implant and Full Panel in-house costs leave out CBC. The Full Panel includes ApoB, homocysteine and transferrin, and its in-house cost includes their reagents.
The courier amount is an estimate until Fullscript and Access confirm pickup costs. Access's free testosterone test also covers total testosterone and SHBG, so those show $0 at Access in the hormone panels.
